Air Insulated tank with double skin stainless steel construction, multiple element design for ongoing operation and even temperature, rectangular base to easily drop in to bench cut out, thermostat controlled 30ºC to 120ºC, designed to run between 70-80ºC, takes gastranorm pans up to 100mm deep, in tank temperature probes for accurate measurement and lower running costs.
